All orders are shipped via one of the following UPS services:
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
- UPS 3 Day Select®
- UPS Ground
Irregular shaped packages will incur additional shipping charges.

There is a 7.25% sales tax applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.

| PAYMENT OPTIONS |
| Angler's Choice Tackle accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We are unable to accept checks or money orders at this time.
Entering your credit card number via our secure sever is completely safe. The server encrypts all of your information.

| CANCELING AN ORDER |
|
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please call (619)223-2324 as soon as possible. Although calling will be much more effective, you can also e-mail us at sales@anglerschoicetackle.com. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. We cannot change or cancel your order once it has been shipped. However, if necessary, you may return an item for a full refund minus the shipping cost.

| RETURNS |

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization.
- For non-defective items returned in satisfactory resalable condition, in their original packaging, you will be credited for the entire amount, less shipping charges.
- Undamaged, non-defective items returned outside their original, sealed packages are, in some cases, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All claims for damages should be reported immediately. When reporting damages, be sure to hold all containers and packaging materials for inspection. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
