Bill Roecker, a fisherman for 60 years, Bill Roecker has published hundreds of stories and photos about fishign since 1966, in dozens of magazines and newspaper. A former professional  of creative writing, he published his first saltwater fishing book Fresh One! in 1990. Roecker founded Fishing and Oceansic Productions, produced over 70 DVD videos, a series on The Outdoor Channel, and is news editor and photographher for the San Diego Sportfishing Council since 1993.
